Jess has decided she wants to pursue photography. She called me before Christmas and asked if I could show her some trick of the trade. Early February, Jess and her family traveled to Dallas and I showed her everything I knew, in a very condensed version. I’m sure she was overwhelmed with all the information, but I have no doubt this girl can do whatever she sets her mind to. I’m so very proud of this young lady. I’ve been on the look-out for new places to shoot. Welp, we found some on Saturday and I dragged the kiddos along to practice (much to their enjoyment – NOT)! We found an amazing building with exposed brick, the opposite wall is WHITE (hello built-in reflector)! Then we found this building with these awesome colors! I’m sure if you live in the DFW area and you’ve been to Deep Ellum you’ve seen this, but, it’s new to me and completely awesome!
